Scotland will definitely qualify for the next world cup. They would have qualified for this one but we stayed with the little German too long.

Scotland will probably not win the world cup but what is important to true Scottish fans is to play in the best tournament in the best sport and have a great deal of fun.

On a final note, I think FIFA should introduce a small nations World Cup. Scotland would have a great chance.

Can Scotland win the world cup? Not really, there isn't a large pool of talent to choose from and the league isn't competitive enough. Plus queing up for your welfare cheque doesn't keep you fit, a problem English people don't have, since they live in a well developed country.

Sure they'll qualifiy , but in order to win the world cup there needs to be a major investment in bringing though the next generation - a topic I believe is currently being fought over by the Scottish FA.
