DO RANGERS DESERVE THERE SCOTLANDS SHAME TAG?

1972.........manchester.........fined about half a dozen times off uefa for sectarian singing and yet again today they re going to get hammered off uefa, i dont understand why they get called SCOTLANDS SHAME, i mean, its just soooooooo unfair and undeserved isnt it?

The Scotland's Shame Tag has been brought up by Celtic fans the same as the GFITW tag, im not saying the people involved in the trouble don't deserve to be punished but why when its Celtic its deemed only a Small Minority or its the Green Brigades Fault not Celtics but when its Rangers it dirty Rangers fans singing shameful songs.



Youtube has numerous Videos on both sides showing Violence, Sectarianism and racism for both teams.



I agree the events in Manchester have cast a dark Shadow but the Morons and Hooligans on the other side of the City are just as Shameful and disgusting



If Rangers are Scotland's Shame then are Celtic Britain's Shame for the recent events surrounding remembrance Sunday? and the protests that happen EVERY single year? or is that a minority and would be unfair to the decent Celtic fans?

Rangers Football Club does not deserve this title at all. We as a club have made the greatest steps to stamp out the cancer of sectarianism of any club in the world. Like any other club, there are people within our support who continually jeopardise the good name of the club by engaging in inappropriate behaviour. However, we have been continually scrutinised and victimised by Uefa over the past few years in a way that no other club has been. I personally believe this spawns from the Manchester debacle, which should have been dealt with a lot better. The fact is that there is nothing more Rangers can do to cut out bigots, the club has worked extensively to do so. Rangers have no bigger problem than any other club of comparable stature with sectarianism. I understand, though, that as an immature, petty supporter of Celtic you are eager to jump on this as a reason to defame our football club. If I were you I would have a look in the mirror before making shame allegations. Your football club even fails to acknowledge that it is Scottish, so if we are 'Scotland's shame' that shouldn't really concern you should it?

.Funny I was watching an old episode of the Sweeney, when Denis Waterman was reading out the guys charge sheet for GBH assualt and a host of other shytty things, he commented to the big Scottish copper "Bloody hell you didn't tell us he was a Glasgow rangers fan".. Why has it followed them even into the culture of television from the seventies till this day? Basically because it is still there..

that is somewhat scare mongering from the bitter jointly campaign. there is not any requirement to have a passport to flow between; -the united kingdom and Isle of Mann (no longer even in the european) -the united kingdom and the Channel Isles (no longer even in the european both) -Nothern eire and the Republic of eire Are the present uk authorities saying they're going to spit the dummy out of the pram and stress further checks on the Scotland / England border?
