Everyone go's on and on about how brilliant Keane is yet i have still to see him play his best at celtic, i think everyone needs to remember football is a TEAM game and they wont get to the last 16 baised on how keane or petrov play there will be another 9 men on the park. also they gotta remember they straight into the group stages so they wont need to play as many games as rangers to get there IF they do!

There is absolutely no reason why they cannot. Rangers managed it last time, with only one win in the group stages! Also, Celtic are in Pot 2 of the draw so this gives them the best chance they have ever had of getting a favourable draw and progressing beyond the group stages.

It is possible, after all they do automatically qualify and if they end up with a draw which favours them, no easy task in the Champions League, then yes, but Gordon Strachan has a lot of rebuilding to do, with Keane either leaving or playing less games next year and Petrov likley to go to a larger club. As long as they dont meet Artmedia again... :)

I have to say I didn't think Celtic would get past the group but am glad they did, as for your question Chelsea and Man City excepted to get in to the last 16 and were to clever about it, while Celtic stuck to the game plan. This is one English man who hopes you go on to Win.

NO! They would need a very favourable draw and would need to sign at least 2 world class players. Signing two players that would make an impact is a difficult task as top players just don't want to hone their skills in Scotland. Fact!

They are in the pool of second seeds so that improves their chances. If they get a favourable draw and don't have another Artmedia night then they should get through.

Sure they can.

No matter what the draw. A few years ago they got to the final. Where was the "easy" games there?

As Greavesy used to say :- "It's a funny old game, har har hardy har."

all depends if we can keep keano and petrov, without those two then no. but if rangers can do it then don't see any reason why celtic cant
