You are entitled to your opinion but there are plenty of Scottish football fans who feel otherwise. The Scottish Premier League is a competitive professional league just as the leagues in many other countries. If you paid any attention to the standings this season you would see that Hearts is actually ahead of Rangers in second place. It's not much different than the Arsenal, Man U and Liverpool domination of the English Premier League. It has only been in the last two years that Chelsea has come to power after its Russian oil millionaire owner basically bought the League title.

You just do not understand football. The Scottish Leagues have a number of great teams. They have world class teams like Rangers and Celtic both of whom have been successful if Europe. Aberdeen was also successful in Europe in their time. Hearts have had a great season. Hibs and Kilmarnock and the two Dundee teams have had their time.
The Scottish Leagues have passion, heart and humour. Most football would be considered boring if you were not committed to some side. Scottish football has depth. Which country is better?
Get a life and go watch football, find some passion and have a laugh.

There are more than two teams to watch but unfortunately the live TV coverage is extremely biased in favour of the Old Firm. Every team in the Premier League has taken points off the Old Firm this season with the exception of Kilmarnock I believe, so it is hardly one way traffic.
There will be a new deal with Setanta which will mean there is a lot more coverage of the other teams, in particular Hibs, Hearts and Aberdeen.

Because Scotland is a small country, these two teams that have had sucess and built on it, being based it the largest city in the country helps both teams.
Breaking the lock of the big teams is hard in any league.
Even the English Premiership is only going to be won by one of three teams.

the scots league is not boring, it is full of passion which the english game and support lack, dont forget the first passing game was introduced from scotland, first throw ins, first professional players in the world, first all ticket match, first all seater stadium, biggest stadium in the world in the fifties hampden,a scotsman set up the english football league, first managers dug out and first team to win the european cup,i could go on,scots led and lead the way in football.
